Simple Aztec Twist
A work in progress- a fancy tessellation that I’m working on. I called it an
“Aztec” twist for lack of a better name. This is a folding pattern for one unit
of the larger tessellation pattern.
Um trabalho progride dentro um tessellation extravagante em que eu esteja trabalhando. Eu chamei-o uma torção de “Aztec” para a falta de um nome melhor. Este é um teste padrão dobrando-se para uma unidade do teste padrão maior do tessellation.
Un trabajo adentro progresa un tessellation de lujo en el cual esté trabajando. Lo llamé una torcedura de “Aztec” para la carencia de un nombre mejor. Esto es un patrón que dobla para una unidad del patrón más grande del tessellation.

I was doing origami since 2006 but not very seriously, but I was fascinated by the tessellations.
I folded the aztec twist and later I saw your spanish translation. I can see that probably you were using an automatic “computer translator” and I thought I can help you with this short paragraph.
Here is my translation :
Esto es algo que se me ocurrió en mi camino al trabajo, es similar a la estrella que se enrolla (star twist) en la cual estaba trabajando, pero está hecho con un triángulo en lugar de un polígono.
Es en realidad bastante simple; consiste en una base triangular que gira y se superpone a otro triángulo. Plegarla es un poco complicada y creo que debe haber una manera más simple de hacerla…. Pero ésto es lo que tengo ahora.
Más que nada es un ejemplo para mostrar. Habrá una versión completa de esta “tessellation” una vez que termine de plegar el modelo final y entienda todos los detalles del plegado.
