Diagrams

Quick page about my diagrams

All of my diagram / crease pattern documents are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NonDerivative license. This allows you to freely distribute, copy, and use my diagrams, as long as you are not doing it for a commercial purpose, and as long as you give me credit for them. (since my name is on them, I don’t think that’s a big problem!)

Of course, if you have some other use for these that doesn’t fit the copyright criteria, you are free to contact me and I will be happy to consider your usage suggestions. I’m a pretty easygoing person, and I strongly believe in giving back to the community, so more than likely we can work something out to everyone’s liking.

UPDATE: June 10th, 2008

I had to make some changes on my blog for security reasons, and currently the theme is not displaying the diagram pages. It’s on the list of things to fix. My apologies for the confusion. They are still accessible, so I’ll put a temporary list of items up here shortly.

Wait a minute. The list is at the right of the page. My apologies, for I wasn’t looking hard enough.

  4. Well, to be fair there’s been a lot going on… fixing weird WordPress theme errors hasn’t been too high on my list 🙂

Although I’m doing a little work on it this week, and at least they show up on the right now… not the permanent setup, though.

what diagram are you looking for? they’re kind of hidden throughout the blog at the moment, if you tell me what you’re looking for I can point you in the right direction.

If you’re using the designs for a university project, I’d appreciate if you ask permission before using them; I’ve had some real problems in the past with students claiming my work as their own, and also people using it for commercial works as an outcome of a thesis program. So please do the right thing and ask if you have a large-scale project using my work. thanks!

      • No worries i can have a look. No its not a large scale project or anything, I’m just experimenting with materials to come up with my own concept for a large scale lighting design. I have to reference any precedence i use anyway so id be putting your name down. I don’t think ill end up using a folded form for it anyway, its just as process investigation.
